1 · The service

Vistara Web (“we”, “us”) designs, hosts and manages websites for businesses on flat monthly subscription plans. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. By subscribing or contacting us to start work, you agree to these terms. Vistara Web is a brand operated by BlackRock Marketing (GSTIN 29BZSPV8403N1Z6).

2 · Billing

• Plan fees are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly plans only — we don’t offer annual contracts.
• You see a free preview of your finished website before paying anything. The first payment (UPI or card) is taken at signup, after your approval — and your monthly subscription runs from the day we hand over the live website, not the day you paid.
• Fees are non-refundable once charged, because you’ve already approved the finished preview. Domain fees are likewise non-refundable once registered (see §7).
• Domains are billed separately at ₹999 per year, charged upfront when registered and on each renewal.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST added where required).
• If a payment fails we retry and notify you; if it stays unresolved after 7 days’ notice, we may pause hosting and updates until it’s cleared.
• We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change. Your price never changes mid-cycle.

3 · Work included each month

Each plan includes a set number of content requests per month (text edits, photo swaps, hours/prices, small sections). Unused requests don’t carry over. Redesigns, new functionality, ecommerce, booking systems or portal work are quoted separately — always before any work starts. Adding third-party links or embeds (payment links, booking forms, Maps) is an ordinary request, not a special quote.

4 · Timelines

Most websites are delivered within 1–3 days of kick-off; larger builds can take up to 7 — we confirm which kind yours is before starting. Timelines pause while we wait on content or approvals from your side. Turnaround targets (same week, “live in days”, Lighthouse/load scores) are goals we publish and chase — not guarantees. We rely on third parties (hosting providers, registrars, networks) and we’ll always tell you honestly what happened if something slips. Business hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST.

5 · Your content — you own it

You own everything you give us: text, logos, photos, videos and any other assets or data you supply. You promise you have the right to use them. If you leave us, we export your content and supplied assets back to you within 30 days of your exit request — free.

6 · Our code — we own it

The design system, framework, templates and code we build sites with are Vistara Web’s proprietary property. Your subscription licenses that code for your website while you’re subscribed — it isn’t transferred, resold or handed over on exit. What you take with you is your content and assets (clause 5), not our source code.

7 · Domains

We register and renew your domain for you at ₹999/year, paid upfront — the flat rate covers .com, .in and .co.in. The annual fee is non-refundable once the registry has processed the registration or renewal. Domains are registered in Vistara Web’s name and stay under our management while your plan runs — that’s exactly what makes the clean handover in §8 possible when you leave.

8 · Leaving Vistara Web

Tell us anytime — a WhatsApp message or email is enough. Your site stays live until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Then:

• Your domain comes with you. On request we initiate transfer to your own registrar account.
• The ICANN 60-day lock applies: a domain cannot move between registrars within 60 days of registration or of a previous transfer. That window is enforced by ICANN rules — neither of us can switch it off. Where possible we’ll instead move ownership into your name at our registrar, which is usually allowed sooner.
• Transfer costs are yours. The receiving registrar charges its own transfer fee (typically including a one-year extension). You pay them directly.
• Your content is exported to you as described in clause 5. Our proprietary code (clause 6) stays with us.

9 · Acceptable use

You may not use your website for anything illegal, infringing, misleading or harmful under Indian law, and your content must not violate others’ rights. We may refuse or suspend work that breaches this, or that remains unpaid after notice.

10 · Third-party services

Sites run on third-party hosting, analytics and messaging platforms (for example Google Analytics and WhatsApp), whose own terms apply to their services. Outages on their side are outside our control; we manage recovery, we don’t control their uptime.

11 · Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Search rankings and performance scores are targets, not promised outcomes.

12 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a fresh date. Material changes get 30 days’ notice by email or WhatsApp. Continuing your subscription after that means you accept them.

13 · Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office (to be confirmed at onboarding) have exclusive jurisdiction.
